LandUsePeriod Class

This class is used to hold land use data for a treatment unit during growth. These values will then be transfered to the result type LandUseData when appropriate. This class exist to maintain separation between DomainLayer and RegionalFramework while still allowing the Treatment unit to keep track of its LandUse data during growth.
