| Summary | 0000336: PlanWise shuts down when trying to build optimization model that has an error | ||||
| Description | The optimization model in the attached PlanWise-project has an error. But when trying to solve an optimization problem PlanWise shuts down. This happens immeditely after ZIMPL is returning an error message in the output pane. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Import attached project 2. Use a demo database with Landskap8 3. Run TPG for Landskap8, a few periods is enough 4. Try to build the optimization model Result: PlanWise shuts down An error is deliberately added into parameter tillatenCC[f,c,opt]. This parameter is used in contraint "Begransa_vilka_alternativ". It works so that for a given treatment unit that belongs to forest domain f, an alternative with control category number c must be selected when optimization case opt is run. In this case no control category with index 4 exists, so the row <2,4,"b"> 1 will never be met, and therefore for some treatment units will return empty constraints. Changing the row to <2,3,"b"> 1 will work. | ||||

Heureka will no longer crash when a ZIMPL error occurs. The error in this case is not helpful for the user but would require some effort to make useful. |
