When creating dead wood from dead trees in inventory data density and biomass were not calculated correctly. When simulating dead wood for decomposed dead wood biomass were not assigned to correct size class. |

This fix will probably lead to both total volumes of dead wood and volumes in different decay classes compared to previous versions. |
