DescriptionThinning intensity is defined as % of basal area to be removed, and the output from thinning function is total thinning intensity. However, it seems the specification.thinningintensity is the value saved to Result_treatmentdata. The totalthinningintensity is saved to simulationtreatments instead, which leads to miscalculations in ReRunSimulations.
