Add Pricelist Wizard

Use the add pricelist wizard to add a pricelist to one or more control categories in your project.

To use a pricelist, it needs to be calculated for a number of type trees, this is done automatically when you add the pricelist. If you add a pricelist from a template or another project and not make any changes to the pricelist, the calculation is already done and will not be repeated.

Control Categories Page

In the control categories page, you can define which control categories you want to add a new pricelist to. This page is only shown if you have multiple control categories in your project.

• Note

You must add a pricelist to the default control category to enable value result calculation in treatment program generation. Value will not be calculated during treatment program generation if the default control category lack a pricelist.

If any of the control categories already has a pricelist, that pricelist will be replaced by the new pricelist when you finish the dialog.

If you choose multiple control categories, identical pricelists will be added to each category, but you can edit each pricelist individually later. There is no link between the pricelists in different control categories, so changes in one pricelist will not affect a pricelist in another control category.

If you do not add a pricelist to some control categories, the pricelist in the default control category will be used for those control categories.

Control Categories

Select the control categories you want to add a pricelist to.

Cancel

Exits the Add Pricelist Wizard without making any changes.

Next

Goes to the next page in the wizard.

Pricelist Origin Page

In the pricelist origin page, you can define from where you want to add a pricelist.

Add Default Pricelist

Adds a default pricelist (with hardcoded prices that you can modify).

Add Pricelist from Template

Adds a pricelist from a template (a pricelist that you or some other user have saved as a template).

Add Pricelist from another Project

Adds a pricelist from another project.

Import Pricelist from Ipak

Adds a pricelist from the FMPP (sw: Ipak).

Cancel

Exits the Add Pricelist Wizard without making any changes.

Back

Goes to the previous page in the wizard, the Control Categories page. Only available if your project has multiple control categories.

Next

Goes to the next page in the wizard, next page is depending on the pricelist origin you have chosen.

Finish

Finishes the wizard and calculates the pricelist. Only available if you have chosen default pricelist.

Select Project Page

In the select project page, you can select the project and the control category within the selected project to add pricelist from.

Project

Lists the most recent projects you have used. You may choose one of them.

Browse

Lets you browse for an existing project in the file system.

Pricelist

Lists control categories in the project you have chosen. Only control categories with a pricelist are listed.

Cancel

Exits the Add Pricelist Wizard without making any changes.

Back

Goes to the previous page in the wizard, the Pricelist Origin Page.

Next

Goes to the next page in the wizard, the Edit Pricelist Page.

Finish

Finishes the wizard and adds the pricelist.

Pricelist Template Page

In the pricelist template page, you can define the template to add pricelist from.

Template

Lists the most recent pricelist templates you have used. You may choose one of them.

Browse

Lets you browse for an existing template in the file system.

Cancel

Exits the Add Pricelist Wizard without making any changes.

Back

Goes to the previous page in the wizard, the Pricelist Origin Page.

Next

Goes to the next page in the wizard, the Edit Pricelist Page.

Finish

Finishes the wizard and adds the pricelist.

Next and finish are only enabled if you have chosen a project and a pricelist.

Ipak Import Page

In the Ipak Import page, you can define a pricelist in Ipak and add it to your project.

Database Shows the location of the Ipak Database.

Change database

Lets you browse for an existing Ipak database in the file system.

Pricelist

Shows the pricelists available in the Ipak database you have chosen.

Cancel

Exits the Add Pricelist Wizard without making any changes.

Back

Goes to the previous page in the wizard, the Pricelist Origin Page.

Next

Goes to the next page in the wizard, the Edit Pricelist Page.

Finish

Finishes the wizard and calculates and adds the pricelist.

Next and finish are only enabled if you have chosen a database and a pricelist.

Pricelist Page

In the pricelist page, you can edit the pricelist you have added.

Cancel

Exits the Add Pricelist Wizard without making any changes.
