Usage: see Heureka Helpdoc
In the cost and revnues control table you can configure the costs of forest management treatments applied in the simulations, and select price settings.
Regeneration
Allows you to control how the costs of regenerations are simulated.
BurningCost
- Defines the cost, in SEK per hectare, of prescribed burning (as an alternative scarification method).
PlantCostArea
- Defines the cost, in SEK per hectare, of planting (container or bare root seedlings). NB: Only in use when the number of seedlings to be planted is missing (or set to zero), else, the below PlantCostPlant includes both the planting cost and the seedling cost.
PlantCostPlant
- Aspen defines the cost, in SEK per seedling, of Populus tremula.
- Beech defines the cost, in SEK per seedling, of Fagus silvatica.
- Birch defines the cost, in SEK per seedling, of Betula ssp.
- Broadleaf defines the cost, in SEK per seedling, of broadleaves other than birch and aspen (sv: triviallöv).
- Contorta defines the cost, in SEK per seedling, of Pinus contorta.
- Deciduous defines the cost, in SEK per seedling, of broadleaves other than beech and oak (sv: ädellöv).
- Oak defines the cost, in SEK per seedling, of Quercus robur.
- Pine defines the cost, in SEK per seedling, of Pinus sylvestris.
- Spruce defines the cost, in SEK per seedling, of Picea abies.
- Unknown defines the cost, in SEK per seedling, of unknown species.
PreparationCost
- Defines the cost, in SEK per hectare, of preparation (any traditional scarification method).
SeedCostArea
- Defines the cost, in SEK per hectare, of sowing. Here, costs of both seeds and sowing labour are included.
Fertilization
Allows you to control how the costs of fertilizations are simulated.
FertilizationCostArea
- Defines the cost, in SEK per hectare, of fertilization. The spread of fertilizer is usually done from ground (with tractor) or from air (with helicopter).
IntensiveFertilizationCostArea
- Defines the cost, in SEK per hectare, of intensive fertilization. The spread of fertilizer is usually done from ground (with tractor) or from air (with helicopter).
Cleaning
Allows you to control how the costs of cleanings (a.k.a. pre-commercial thinnings) are simulated.
CleanCost
- Defines the cost, in SEK per hectare, of cleaning.
Harvest costs - model
Allows you to control how the costs of harvests are simulated.
CostModel
- SkogforskSimple implies that a less advanced harvest cost model is used in the simulations.
- SkogforskAdvanced implies that a more advanced harvest cost model is used in the simulations.
Thinning
ForwarderCostThin
- Defines the cost, in SEK per G15-hour, of using forwarder in thinning.
ForwarderCostThinningCoefficients
(only if SkogforskSimple is selected)
- B0 defines the constant in function calculating the cost of using forwarder in thinning.
- B1 defines the first coefficient in function calculating the cost of using forwarder in thinning.
HarvesterCostThin
- Defines the cost, in SEK per G15-hour, of using harvester in thinning.
HarvesterCostThinningCoefficients
(only if SkogforskSimple is selected)
- A0 defines the constant in function calculating the cost of using harvester in thinning.
- A1 defines the first coefficient in function calculating the cost of using harvester in thinning.
- A2 defines the second coefficient in function calculating the cost of using harvester in thinning.
- A3 defines the third coefficient in function calculating the cost of using harvester in thinning.
- A4 defines the fourth coefficient in function calculating the cost of using harvester in thinning.
