This control table is specific and essential for RegWise. It contains settings for determining harvest levels in scenarios and priority functions for allocating activities to treatment units. Regional Framework is used instead of Treatment Program Generator in PlanWise - while the Treatment Program Generator generates a variety of alternative treatment programs to each treatment unit (to enable optimization) the Regional Frameworks purpose is to "pinpoint" one specific treatment program for each treatment unit. This separates simulation from optimization. Do observe that the pinpointing sometimes involves randomization, meaning that the user then leave some decisions to chance.

This control table is specific and essential for RegWise and contains settings for determining harvest levels in scenarios and priority functions for allocating activities to treatment units. Scenario Settings is used instead of the Treatment Program Generator control table in PlanWise - while the Treatment Program Generator generates a variety of alternative treatment programs to each treatment unit (to enable optimization) RegWise creates only one specific treatment program for each treatment unit.
