PlanVis is an application for long term forestry planning, including both strategic and tactical planning. The application includes a simulator called the Treatment Program Generator (TPG). The TPG computes alternative treatment programs for each treatment unit (stand) in a given forest area. It also includes an optimization programming system called HOPS for choosing between optional treatment programs.
System requirements
- Windows Vista,Windows XP, Windows 2003, or Windows 2000
- 4 Mb free hard disk space
Prerequisites
- Access to Sql Server 2005 (Talk to an Heureka admin)
