In the pricelist control table you can configure prices.
+
In the Pricelist Manager, you enter timber price list, pulpwood prices, bio fuel prices and bucking rules,  see http://heurekaslu.org/help/en/index.html?prislistor.htm

To use a pricelist, it needs to be calculated for a number of type trees, this is done automatically the first time you add a new pricelist to your project. If you make changes to the pricelist, these will not take affect in treatment programs you generate until you have recalculated the pricelist.

Allows you to define that a given percentage of the log is degraded from timber quality to pulp. The quality degradation could be due to log injuries, bends, rot, etc.
+
== Cross cutting ==
 +
Allows you to control the theoretical cross-cutting of type trees, into pulpwood and timber logs, applied in the simulations.

 +
'''TopDiameter'''
 +
:Defines the minimum top diameter in centimeters of a log.

'''MiddlePulpSpruce etc.'''

Allows you to set the rate used in discounting of costs and revenues in the simulations.

== Harvest residuals ==
+
'''DiscountingRate'''
 +
:Defines the discounting rate in percentage.

Defines the price for harvest residuals.
+
== Harvest residues ==
 +
Allows you to control the revenues from extraction of harvest residues (a.k.a. forest fuel assortments).

'''HarvestResidualPrice'''
+
'''HarvestResiduePrice'''
:Defines the price, in SEK/ton, for harvest residuals.
+
:Defines the price, in SEK per tonne, of harvest residues.

:Defines the price, in SEK per tonne, of stumps.

Allows you to define minimum and maximum diameter for pulp log.

'''MinDiameterPulp, MaxDiameterPulp'''

:Defines the minimum and maximum diameter for pulp logs. Logs outside these diameter values will not be used for pulp and will not get any pulp value.

== Log lengths ==

Allows you to define min and max log lengths. These values are used in theoretical cross-cutting of trees.

'''MaxLengthPulp, MaxLengthTimber etc.'''

:Defines the minimum and maximum log lengths for pulp and timber.

== Pre-calculated pricelist ==

== Pre-calculated pricelist ==
 +
Allows you to control resolution and size of the pre-calculated pricelist to be applied in the simulations. With a higher resolution will follow more accurate pricing, however also longer computational time.

Allows you to control the granularity and size of the pre-calculated pricelist.
+
'''Diameter'''

+
:'''Min''' sets the minimum tree diameter in centimeters defined by the pre-calculated pricelist.
 +
:'''Max''' sets the maximum tree diameter in centimeters defined by the pre-calculated pricelist.

'''DiameterInterval'''

'''DiameterInterval'''
:Defines the diameter interval, in mm, for which cross-cutting is done. For values between the given diameter interval, linear interpolation is done. Using a small interval means that the pricelist will be more accurate but it will take longer time to compute, and vice versa. (Simulation time is not affected by the interval.)
+
:Sets the tree diameter class interval in centimeters[?] defined by the pre-calculated pricelist.

'''HeightInterval'''

'''HeightInterval'''
:Defines the height interval, in dm, for which cross-cutting is done. For values between the given height interval, linear interpolation is done. Using a small interval means that the pricelist will be more accurate but it will take longer time to compute, and vice versa. (Simulation time is not affected by the interval.)
+
:Sets the tree height (corresponding to log length) class interval in decimeters defined by the pre-calculated pricelist.

+
'''Region'''
'''MinDiameter'''
+
:'''Region1''' defines that the pricelist is pre-calculated and applicable in a region with latitude below 62° N ("Southern Sweden").
:Defines the min diameter of the pre-calculated pricelist. Trees below the min diameter will get the value 0.
+
:'''Region2''' defines that the pricelist is pre-calculated and applicable in a region with latitude above 62° N ("Northern Sweden").

+
:'''Both''' defines that the pricelist is pre-calculated and applicable in both regions.
'''MaxDiameter'''

:Defines the max diameter of the pre-calculated pricelist. Trees above this value will get their values from the max diameter.

== Pulp ==

Allows you to define pulp prices.

'''BroadLeafPulpPrice etc.'''

:Defines the pulp price in SEK/m3fub for different specices.

Weights per quality class is defined, in percentage of three different log parts; "Butt", "Middle", and "Top". Degradation from timber to pulpwood, in percentage of the log parts, is defined. The outcome of the definitions made - the actual pricelist - can and should be previewed before applied in the simulations.
