Minor update of version 2.2

Version build number 2.2.0.8 contains fixes for larch and for result type Diameter Classes in Cuttings.

• Larch data was skipped when importing data from a stand register
• The regeneration species for larch plantations was saved as "Pine" in the result database (variable TreatmentData.Regeneration Species), although larch was planted. The affects reports that include for example area of planted larch in a time period.
• Result group Diameter Classes in Cuttings could lead to a run time exception for large problems.
