The tree objects define the lowest hierachy in Heureka's forest model. A tree object belongs to a reference unit.

- Using Ivent
- By importing "old" FMPP data (function in PlanStart)

- Simulation tree lists from Weibull distributions
- Imputation
- PlanStart has or will have a funcion for importing data from kNN Sweden
- Manually entering tree lists
